Napoleon in America featured in the Biggar Independent

Biggar writer Shannon Selin brings Napoleon to North AmericaNapoleon in America was the headline story in the February 27th edition of Shannon’s hometown newspaper, The Biggar Independent. Shannon was born and raised in the farming and railroad community of Biggar, Saskatchewan (population 2,200), where her father taught high school. The town is best known for its slogan: New York is big, but this is Biggar. Shannon still considers Biggar “home.”
